Finally found a good use for my Steam Link, using it to connect to a g3.large EC2 spot instance for cloud gaming

Oh and replacing the default Markdown plugin with https://
The rusty mini boat thing is called a caisson gate, it's basically a floating gate for the dry dock. Glad you're enjoying NI, that's my home turf
I cracked my time capsule open and removed a huge amount of dust and fluff, it's been working great again ever since
I went down a similar route but couldn't find a hosted service that have everything I needed. I may just be fussy 🤷♂️
And of course, twice the work!
With Known I've got a custom feed that I use for micro.blog that filters out some of the noise and reformats posts, based on a great plugin by @cleverdevil
My blog is using Known so I'm just creating a bookmark type post and setting it private. I've also got a microsub server Aperture set as syndication endpoint and send it there to a Read Later channel
Gateron Brown. I normally prefer something more tactile but this one is coming into the office and so I can't have all the clicking. Each side has a CR2032 watch type battery and should last 3 months
The Ergo Dox is my daily driver but wanted something wireless. The CTRL key doubles as space when tapped. A few of the keys do that letting me switch layers or type onehanded. It's got me wanting to install the QMK firmware on my Dox too
No, RF. It comes with a USB dongle and both halves connect to it wirelessly
Spring didn't get the memo
I had trouble publishing photos via Micropub, turned out it was due to wonky file permissions on my server
You say that to get Indigenous to show a title field I need to write over 280 characters, so here goes... I want to test this type of post as after some trouble with my Known installation I've been hacking on a replacement for the Status plugin so that I can have html content up to 280 characters long
Golden rule #1 - When you get something working, stop poking at it...
Sorry if I've been spamming anyone with web mentions this morning, I forgot to disconnect my feed before working on it!
I'm horrified to think of the number of photos that I, and my extended family, have shot into the ether over the years. At least I have some control over my content but it'll be a challenge explain concerns to others
